About Me 🩷

It makes sense that the first post for this blog is a post to get to know me better. Over the years I have dabbled in writing and I love to explore ideas and share thoughts through this medium. I have had a hand at different blogs and it just clicks for me that through this new venture that I would get to share also little parts of me because Mamma's Love Club is so much of me!

I am 36 years of age and married with two kids but I feel like those stats don't particularly show who I am as a person. I am someone who loves adventure, who thrives on routine but also loves a good quick change of plans for some outdoor fun in good weather. I am a runner and love it, I ran a half marathon this year and I am always in awe of what my wonderful post-partum body can do. 

My happy place is our backyard in the afternoon sun watching the boys (husband included) play and laugh together. I love when they run up to tell me something or show me something!

I am a Humanities High School Teacher and love teaching Year 9's and 10's in particular. I find so much joy in teaching overall and working part time now I have found a beautiful balance of work and home. 

I also have been doing a lot of inner work around my purpose as after having my babies I knew there was more I wanted to do. I have truely stepped into my purpose of helping others feel loved and connected and this project is just the beginning of this! 

I love creating a beautiful space for mummas to really take some time for themselves but also to step into something that is truely just for them as this is so not often the case. 

I have a wonderful village of women around me and thrive when I am around them. I hope that Mamma's Love Club can bring that same vibe and energy to every circle I run!
