Everything you might be wondering — lovingly answered.
You’re welcome to book as early or as late as feels right for you. Many mammas book during pregnancy to ensure support is in place when baby arrives, but I also can work with families who reach out after birth. The earlier you book, the more time we have to create a nourishing plan together, but there’s no "wrong" time to be held.
Not at all. While the "fourth trimester" is a common window for postpartum care, healing and integration can happen well beyond those first weeks. Whether you're 2 weeks, 2 months, or even 6 months postpartum, your needs are valid and worthy of support. I’m here for you, whenever you’re ready.
Throughout your package timeframe, you’ll have direct access to me via Whatsapp for emotional support, gentle reminders, guidance, resources, or just someone to check in with. You’re not alone, even on the days we’re not in person.
Each 3-hour session is shaped entirely around your needs that day. I might, cook or warm nourishing food, tend to baby while you nap, shower or rest, hold space for emotional support, or help with feeding, sleep or settling. I have a full service menu available but not limited in any way.
No two visits are the same – we flow with you.
Life with a new baby is unpredictable – I get it completely. I offer flexibility with rescheduling and will always do my best to accommodate your shifting needs. You won’t be penalised or made to feel bad – your wellbeing comes first.
Not a thing. You don’t need to clean, get dressed, or make small talk. I come exactly as I am, and you’re welcome to meet me exactly as you are – messy house, tears, silence and all. You are always enough, just as you are.
Yes! Both the Mother Blessing and Closing the Bones ceremonies are available as standalone offerings. These are sacred, heartfelt experiences and also make beautiful gifts from loved ones.
I offer flexible payment options to meet you where you’re at.
You can, pay in full upfront, arrange a gentle payment plan, use a gift voucher toward your service.
Please reach out if you'd like to discuss a plan that suits you.

They make thoughtful baby shower gifts and offer real, tangible support during the early days of motherhood.
Definitely. While my focus is on holding the mother, partners are always welcome. I can offer gentle guidance on how they can support you more deeply and include them in sessions or ceremonies if that feels right for you. Every family is unique, and I honour your dynamic with care.
